New customers: a one-time validation is required before the first deployment and can take up to 24 hours. After that, every further server is ready in about 120 seconds.

Full KVM virtualization: custom kernels and Windows Server are supported DDoS filtering included AMD EPYC™ or Intel® Xeon® CPUs Upgrade to the next plan at any time

Built to run around the clock

We only use hardware and network equipment designed for 24/7 operation. That applies to servers, uplinks and filtering alike.

Quality hardware

Rack servers from established vendors such as Supermicro and Dell, server-grade SSDs, RAID and ECC RAM, powered by Intel® Xeon® or AMD EPYC™ CPUs.

Redundant (10) gigabit uplinks

Every system is connected with at least 2×1 Gbit/s LACP to switches in a virtual chassis. Up to n×40 Gbit/s is available on request.

Low latency across Europe

Multiple upstreams to tier-1 and tier-2 carriers such as Arelion, NTT, Orange and Meerfarbig keep latency as low as possible, whether you run a shop, a voice server or a CMS.

DDoS filtering included

All KVM systems are protected by the DDoS filter of Voxility LLP (AS3223). IPs are never null-routed: during an attack, traffic is cleaned by several globally distributed scrubbing centers and only clean traffic reaches your system.

Suitable for email delivery

As a small provider with our own IP space, we are currently not affected by any major blacklist entries. We act quickly on abuse reports to keep our IP reputation high.

Upgrade at any time

If your resource needs change at short notice, every KVM system can be upgraded to the next plan.

120seconds

Your server in just 120 seconds

After a short sign-up, your server is set up automatically and ready for any use, whether web, mail or voice server. Clean IPs, redundant network upstreams and our own AS form the foundation.

New customers: a one-time validation is required before the first deployment and can take up to 24 hours. After that, every further server is set up in about 120 seconds.

One AS, nine upstreams

With AS200462 we run our own independent network, which gives us the flexibility to implement customer requirements directly. Our Juniper-based core network is fully redundant, and another component can take over the traffic at any time.

Your project, delivered together

Not every requirement fits a standard plan. Whether it is a migration, your own IP space or colocation: we plan and deliver projects together with you, with a direct line to the people who run your network.

Discuss your project

Typical projects

  • Migrating servers and services from another data center or provider
  • Moving your own IP space and announcing it via AS200462
  • IP transit with BGP sessions for your own AS
  • Colocation with your own hardware at NTT FRA1
  • Custom server and network setups beyond the standard plans
  1. AssessmentWe review your current setup: servers, network, IP addresses and dependencies.
  2. PlanningTogether we define the target setup, timeline and cutover windows.
  3. ImplementationThe new setup is built alongside your running systems, and the cutover happens in agreed steps.
  4. OperationAfter the project we remain your direct point of contact, no hotline maze.

Data center Frankfurt

Hardly any IT service works without a capable data center behind it. Our site NTT FRA1 in Frankfurt's Westend, which we moved into in 2022, is extremely well connected and meets the highest standards for resilience, redundancy and climate protection.

Its location in the heart of Germany provides fast connectivity to all of Europe and benefits from Germany's high data protection standards.

Multi-building campus

With 52,200 m² of space for IT systems, NTT's FRA1 campus is one of the largest and most modern in Europe.

Fully redundant network

Our Juniper core is fully redundant. If one component fails, another takes over the traffic.

Generous external connectivity

All uplinks are dimensioned to keep latency low and throughput high, even at peak times.

Your opinion matters to us

What our customers say.

Server-FAQ

Which virtualization do you use?

All VPS plans are fully virtualized with KVM, so loading your own custom kernel or running Windows Server works without problems.

Which AS announces the IP space?

With AS200462 (bgp.tools) we run our own independent network, which gives us a lot of flexibility in meeting customer requirements.

How can I reach support?

You can reach us around the clock by email at support@eth-services.de or through the ticket system.

Are the systems protected against DDoS attacks?

Yes. IPs are never null-routed. During an attack, traffic is pre-filtered by several globally distributed scrubbing centers, and only clean traffic reaches your system.

Which server hardware do you use?

Only rack servers from established vendors such as Supermicro and Dell, with redundant network uplinks, RAID and Intel® Xeon® or AMD EPYC™ CPUs.

What does fair-use traffic mean?

Fair use is not a general traffic cap. We decide case by case at which traffic level a separate arrangement is needed. 1–2 TB per month is no problem, and a bit more now and then is fine too. If usage stays above that permanently, we only charge for traffic after contacting you first.

How quickly is my server ready?

Existing customers get their server in about 120 seconds. New customers need a one-time validation before the first deployment, which can take up to 24 hours.

What if I'm not satisfied?

If you are unexpectedly unhappy with our service, please contact us first so we can find a solution together. If you are still not satisfied after that, our short terms keep you flexible.

Didn't find the right plan?

No problem. Tell us what you need and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a tailored offer, including colocation and IP transit.

Information on how we process your data can be found in our privacy policy (German). The form opens your email app with a ready-made message to support@eth-services.de.
